You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. Appeal <br />application packets are available from the Department of Planning/Community Development at <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 100. <br />Contact Steve Ingalsbe to read or ask about the procedures for SEPA appeals. <br />NOTE: A DNS may be withdrawn in the event of significant changes in the proposal, <br />disclosure of new significant information, misrepresentation by the applicant, or <br />failure to comply with the conditions upon which this Determination of Non - <br />Significance is predicated. <br />
