You were notified of the need to plant the landscape according to the plans approved by the City's Planning Department in a voice mail on March 31, 2003, and a follow up letter dat •d April 8, 2003. (sec attached). As of this dale the corrections necessary to bring this property into compliance have not been performed. Pursuant to Chapter 19.35.030, the Planning Department shall review and may appro%C, disapprove or approve with modification all site/landscape plans for all uses and developments which arc required to provide landscaping in accordance with the requirements of individual zones and the provisions of this chapter. This chapter shall apply under the following circumstances: 1.
