19 35 060 Landscape categories — Application <br />In accordance with Table 35-1 the type and width of landscaping required along property <br />lines for Landscape category Type III have been established for a specific use in each <br />individual zone. <br />(])The landscaping that has been performed on the property at the -above mentioned <br />addresses does not conform with the landscaping requirements for this zone, nor tie <br />landscaping plan that it -as approved b3' the City of F.verett's Planning Department, ill <br />accordance with the building permit #C0106003and #CO206002 issuedfor this <br />propery'. <br />(1)The graveled areas in the front yard setbacks are approved for code required <br />landscaping. Parking shall not occur within this area. <br />II. Correcthe Action Renuired <br />To eliminate this violation, you must: <br />I. provide the required landscaping on site as shown on the approved landscape plan <br />on file with the City of Everett Planning Deparnxnt in accordance with Section <br />19.35 of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Corrective Action must be fully completed on or hcfore Ml% 11, 2003. <br />You may avoid the hearing described in Section III if you: <br />I. Fully complete the corrcctis'c action described above, AND <br />2. Contact the Code Compliance Department (425) 257-3680, on or before the <br />corrective action dale as stated above, advising the Officer that the corrective <br />actions have been completed, AND <br />3. Receive confirmation from the Code Compliance Officer that the violations <br />have been corrected to the City's satisfaction. <br />111.
