These comments address <br />building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required <br />by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1988 Uniform Building Code and/or Washington <br />State Energy Code unless stated otherwise. <br />1. This house is required to be sprinklered.
