These <br />comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2001 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Divisicn with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />Show all hold downs on foundation plan. <br />2. Provide supports at ends of all beams in crawl space. <br />3. Provide thermal break at perimeter of slab -on -grade and between a slab in heated space and <br />a slab in unheated space. <br />4. Provide detail of new joists framing into the existing structure. <br />5.
