CITY Or EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTM NT <br />AMIN <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of <br />Everett Planning Department on (date) April 19, 1976 an <br />application for a variance of Section No. 18.010 of Everett <br />!Municipal Code Chapter 19 by (applicant) James Gaffney Construction <br />(address) 1202 Berkshire Drive, Everett, Washington 98203 <br />for (specific variance requested) <br />Permission to abut a public dedicated street for a minimum of <br />twenty (20) feet rather than the required forty, (90) feet. <br />on the following described property: <br />Lot 10, Block 1, North Beverly Park Divi..ion No. 2 <br />Approximately: �t_I& 3 63rd (North Beverly Drive) <br />zoning: R-2, Single -Family High -Density Residential <br />AND: WHEREAS, (date) May 3, 1976 was fixed as the <br />date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been <br />given as required by law, <br />AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held .on said date and the <br />Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- <br />ings that: <br />1. The applicant's request is similar to variances that have been <br />granted in the past. <br />2.• The area is zoned _or duplexes so the subject of this discussion <br />must be limited t%. access, not the need or desirability of du- <br />plexes. <br />3.
