N6__.ai OF UNSAFE BUILUINC(S) <br />Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty <br />of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which <br />any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, <br />continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such violator <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no <br />more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />i <br />Section 8: If the work specii`3ed in this notice is performed by the City of Everett <br />Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the owner(s) or. <br />parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), or structure.(6). <br />or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and un�ess such costs have been previously <br />paid by•.,nid owner(s) or parties in interest such costs shall be levied and <br />collected as a special assessment against said real property. <br />Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the <br />City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br />Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International <br />Conference of Building Officials.
