WASHINGTON <br />16201 <br />OCPACTMCMT Of <br />COMMUNITY OCVCLOrMCIIT <br />Since June of 1972 the Community Development Department of the City <br />of Everett has been working toward the abatement of a dangerous and <br />sub -standard residence at 1929 74th Street in Everett. <br />This structure was acquired by Snohomish County in November of 1972. <br />In its present state it is partially demolished and readily accessible <br />to the public. It has been the subject of several neighborhood <br />complaints and a gathering place for children. <br />As these conditions present a dangerous attraction to children and <br />an unpleasant view for the neighbors, I urge you to take the necessary <br />action to remove the structure and its outbuildings at the earliest <br />convenience. , <br />If the members of your staff desire further information about the <br />property, they may contact our Housing Inspection Division, telephone <br />259-8835. <br />Respectfully <br />Prank 11.
