Provide detail(s) of new foundation at existing concrete basement wall. <br />12. Show on plans how the basement area is thermally isolated from the heated space, or shnw how <br />stairwell and basement are insulated. <br />13. Provide handrail on stairs to basement. <br />14. Show how crawl space is ventilated. <br />15. Provide minimum 18"x24" crawl space access. <br />16. Show how attic area is ventilated.
