INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER <br />Planning Department comments <br />I. If a complete application has not been filed for a building pemtit or equivalent construction <br />pennit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this decision, the permit shall be <br />deemed terminated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requests an extension in writing <br />not later than eighteen (I8) months from the land use pennit date, the Director may grant a six (6) <br />month extension. <br />2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Bearing <br />Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice. If you <br />have questions regarding this proposal or if you wish to file an appeal, please contact Niels Tygesen, <br />City of Everett Planning Department, at 425.257.8731. <br />Public Services/Engineering comments <br />3. If this structure is used for the operation of a home -based business additional traffic impact <br />review will be required. <br />4. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br />5. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. Will require a building pennit. <br />6. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br />regulations are met. <br />7. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br />Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />8. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br />these plans. <br />2' ) <br />
