The apartments <br />are located just east of Wetmore Avenue on the north and south sides <br />oT 75th Street in Everett, Washington, as shown on the attached Plot <br />Plan. <br />The apartment complex consists of three buildin9 units, on� <br />located north of �5th Street and two oriented in a north-south dirc. <br />tion south of 75th Street. The scope of our work is described in our- proposal <br />of August 6, 19y6. Our work was authorized by hir. Jiminez of the <br />47ashington Mutual S[�vings dank on Au9ust 10, 1976. <br />a <br />We previously completed an inspection and summarized our observa- <br />tions and conclusi�ns in a letter dated December 26, 1975, to Mr. Ftarlin <br />Gabbert. 14r. Gabaert was the Architect for the o�aner of the buildin9 at <br />that time, I•1r. Glen Ingraham. <br />The bufldin9 units are two story wood frar�e buildin9s with supported <br />wood joist floors and attached carports. We understand that they <br />�•�ere constructed 'in 1968.
