Cox 3402 <br />Federal way, WA 98003 <br />RR, Drainage Plan - Beverly Lak-a Condominium <br />Gentlemens <br />The drainage plan submitted for the above site does not conform to the require- <br />ments of Drainage ordinance for the City of Everett and ie, therefore, not <br />approved. <br />The YRJAHAINER & WARREN method used by you considers that the duration of the <br />design storm is equivalent to the time of concentration. <br />The rsquirexnts of the City of Everett are based on a storm of six (6) lour <br />duration for all conditions in all areas. <br />The total prscipitation for a to year storm of 6 hour duration as given in <br />the Interim Report of the Everett Drainage Basin Planninq is 1.2 inches.
