WIININGTON <br />00T01 <br />Your driveway permit Number 78-1.09 is amended to add that the new <br />12 inch drain tile to be placed under the driveway at 423-75th Street <br />is to be installed with a Type 1 catch basin and tied into the proposed <br />new storm drain line which also picks up the flow from the catch <br />Basin across 75th Street at that location.
