I <br />I On the 2Gth of June, 1987, the CiY.y of Everett Building Official sianed ; <br />a NoCice and Order which required the mpair or d��molition of the ; <br />building on the ahove described property. i <br />II On the ?4th of September, 1987, the City of Evcrett Public Works <br />Department received a request from you for an extensien of the City of <br />Everett Council Hearing at 8:30 a.m. on September 30th, 19A7 regardir.n a <br />Resolution for demolition of the structure located at 520-75th Street, <br />[verett, Washington due to illness. <br />III Request for an extension is hereby granted and the change of date and � <br />time is noted in Paragraph XII oF this Supplemental Notice and Order. <br />IV The City of Everett Building Official has found the huilding which is 'i <br />located on the above-described property to be suhstandard. The � <br />fo]]owing deficiencies render the building substandard pursuant to , <br />Section 202 of the Un'_form Housing Code: i <br />1. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and I,eatina have t�een I <br />destroyed. � <br />2. There has been heavy vandalism done to the structurc. <br />3. Every window in the structure is broken out. j <br />4. The interior and exterior of the buildina are ]ittered with i <br />garbage, trash and debris. <br />i <br />5. Vagtants frequent the premises. � <br />i <br />6. The stru�ture is an attractive nuisance to minor c1,i1!ren. <br />i <br />7. The structure is in a very deterierated condition. I <br />I <br />8. There is a strong odor nf urine in the building.
