IX If the owners elect to demolish the building, al] required permits must be secured therefore within 30 days of the date of this Order. Such demolition must be canpleted within 90 days of the date of this Order. X If the required repair or demolition is not canmenced within the time set forth in paragraphs VIII and IX, the E3uildi.ng Official wil] order the building to remain vacant and proceed to cause th� building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against th^ proPerty or its owners. XI Any person havinq any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housinq �dvisory and l�ppeals �oard. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniferm liousing Code and filed with the 8uildinq Official within 30 days from the date of service of this Notice and Order. Failure to appeal wil] constitute a waiver of all rioht to an administrative hearing and determination of the matter.
