29. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum VT. rating of 2A must be provided <br />wi�hin 75 feet travel distance on each floor of all portions of each building during <br />construction. <br />30. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 4G.44. Fire <br />lanes must be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING <br />- FIRE LANF." and vertical signs stating "NO PARK(NG - FIRE LANE - TOW <br />AWAY ZONE." Location must be approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />31. When access to or within a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of <br />secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire- <br />fighting purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or require a key box to be <br />instelled in an accessible location. An approveJ automatic fire detection system must be �rovided as required by <br />Chapter IG.76 of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system must be <br />submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval Prior to installation. <br />Submittal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use.
