A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Fublic Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways,'utilities, storm drainage, <br />and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br />are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, alt truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />City ui Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Street improvements and a Covenant oi no-protest for a Local (mpruvement <br />District in conformance with city ordinances are required. <br />' S. Ten feet of additional right-of-way along the frontage of the site on <br />' 75th Street shall be deeded to the City of Everett. <br />,6. Participation in the prograrn to fund the north and south centralsanitary <br />sewer interceptor is required. <br />7. On-site detention is required. Draina�e calculations are tu be submitted <br />� on a City of Lverett drainage plan submission form. <br />$. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan <br />�' is required prior tu commencing construction activities. <br />9.
