PROPONENT: RAM Enterprises RECOMMENDA"i IONS: It is the recommendatio� of the Public Works Department that issuance oi a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Fublic Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways,'utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction, alt truck traffic to and from the site within the City ui Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 4. Street improvements and a Covenant oi no-protest for a Local (mpruvement District in conformance with city ordinances are required. ' S.
