A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not <br />closer than 50 feet, of every structure. An additional hydrant <br />must be installed. <br />20. Based upon 36,000 square feet of Type V 1-hour aprinklered <br />construction, the fire flow requirement is 2,000 GPM. <br />21. The office building and garage must be sprinklered in accordance <br />with UBC standard 38-1 and/or NFPA standard 13, with a F'ire <br />Department connection. <br />22. The building must have a fire alarm system installed in <br />accordance wiL-h Uniform Fire Code Standards 10-2. <br />23. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal <br />Code 46.44. Rfld painted curbs with white stenciling of the words <br />"NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARKING <br />- FIRE LANE - VIOLAT�RS MAY BE TOWED" to be located as approved <br />by the Fire Marshal. <br />24. The addresa muet be clearly visible from the street at the <br />street entry. <br />25. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burninq; therefore, <br />outdocr burninq for the purpose of disposing of construction <br />debris or rubbish will not be permitted. <br />26. Fire hydrants and access roads *.;Loc he in service prior to <br />commencement of construction anc fire safety practices duriny <br />construction must be in compli,jnce with Article 87 of the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br />
