does not bypass the oil/water separator (see attached
photocopied page).
The natural "discharge point for runoff fr.om much of the
adjacent property to the south is sheet flow onto this
property. Sometime in the future, they will need to
discharqe their runoff somewhere. The swale along the
southwestern portion of this site is cllecting some of the
sheetflow. liowever, an easement should be provided from
catch basin 11 to the existing drainaqe easement to allow
future developers of the property to tie into the system on
this site. It may also be appropriate to stub a pipe out
into the existing easement to avoid future disruption of
Washington Natural Gas facilities. Along these lines, the
current runoff from the adjacent site for the 5 year storm
(the probable desfgn storm for the detention system) must be
estimated and the lower swale analyzed to be sure it would
continue to meet City design standards if or when the flow
from the adjacent property was added. Modification of the
detention pond outlet structure is not necessary.
Many of the circled pipe crossing call-outs are not
"attached" to anything.
Details on the containment vault, such as sizing, valve
requirements, etc., must be submitted and approved before
these plans can be approved.
Cross-section arrows are not labeled (i.e. A-A).
