Approval is hereby granted as provided in Article 6 of Regulation I of the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency to the <br />applicant to install or establish the equipment, device or process described hereon at the INSTALLATION ADDRESS in <br />Clean Air Agency. <br />accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Engineering Division of the Puget Sound <br />2. This approval does not relieve the applicant or owner of any requirement of any other government d agency. <br />3. Cascade shall vent all smoke emissions through the afterburner during and after the roasting process. The beans <br />shall not be dumped to the cooling tray until at least 20 seconds after they reach 250 degrees F. <br />4. Cascade Coffee shall install temperature gauges to measure afterburner temperatures with an accuracy of +/- 10 <br />degrees F. Cascade Coffee shall calibrate the temperature sensors near their operating range every 6 months or 2,000 <br />hours, whichever comes later. This crd0ration shall be logged in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan. <br />5. The afterburner temperature gauges w ill corresponding timers shall be available for instantaneous readout by Puget <br />l <br />Sound Clean Air Agency personnel throughout the roasting and cooling cyce. <br />1,350 degrees 1: 4 minutes iato the roast and until 1 minute after <br />6.
