RIGHT TO APPEAL: The app'icant or an owner of contiguous property may appeal the Planning <br />Director's final determination as to whether the proposed use should be a permitted use within the zone <br />at this location. Any such appeal must be filed with the Planning Department within fourteen (14) <br />calendar days of the date of the final determination. Appeal forms are available from the Planning <br />Department and must be submitted along with the required filing fee.
