DECISION: Based upon the findings and corclusions listed above, the proposed use <br />described by the applicant is similar in nature to a wholesale bakery. The Planning Director <br />hereby APPROVFS the proposed use as a permitted use in the M-1 zone, at 1525 756 Street <br />SW, .subjo't to compliance with all PSAPCA requirements. <br />RIGHT TO COMMENT: Notice must be sent to all contiguous property owners of the <br />proposed use's site, and the site must be posted. The applicant or an owner of contiguous <br />property may comment on the Planning Director's determination as to whether the proposed <br />use should be a permitted use within the zone at this location. Any such comments must be <br />filed with the Planning Department within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date specified <br />below. For more information concerning this determination, contact Gary Doughty at (425) <br />257-8731. <br />RIGHT TO APPEAL: The applicant or an owner of contiguous property may appeal the <br />Planning Director's final determination as to whether the proposed use should be a permitted <br />use within the zone at this location. Any such appeal must be film with the Planning <br />Department within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the final determination.
