1 <br />FINAL DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />18. Uses of the buildings, unless specifically approved in writing by the Planning Director, <br />shall'be limited to those identified in the letter of June 30, 1980 from the applicant <br />which includes light manufacturing, research and development, general warehousing, <br />or general office uses and accessory uses such as banks, restaurants and retail uses <br />not to exceed 10% of the gross floor area. <br />19. The traffic circulation plan must be approved by the City's Traffic Engineer. Unless <br />otherwise approved in writing by the PI inning Department and Public Works Department, <br />ace to building 8 (site plan of August b, 1980) shall be limited to in only at westerly <br />acc,_ and out oily on easterly access. Access for buildings 12 and 13 as proposed in <br />in the site plan of May 29, 1980 is preferred.
