Checklist Review /180-54 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />no Gt re, - I �' I, E n 0& <br />N JUL 17 1980 <br />CITY Of E-VERETT <br />61If L�,Yl 11t Il I.l •rtll idh It. t'IU. <br />The construction of a 100,000 square foot industrial complex on an approximately <br />8.25 acre site south of 75th at intersection of 16th Avenue West. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuan-:e of a Negative <br />Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the PublicWorks Department showing <br />parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all <br />required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All <br />Improvements shall bL completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />As-builts. easements, and a one year Warrantee Bond in the amount of 10% <br />of the cost of construction of the public water system are required within <br />10 working days of obtaining public water connection. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during constructton. <br />3. During construction , all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by tl,:� Public <br />Works Department. <br />4. Participation in the cost to fund the Southwest Sewer Interceptor .nd Lift <br />Station 13 improvement is requied. <br />5. On -site detention is required. Discharge should be to 75th Street. A Temporary <br />Erosion Control Plan will be required prior to site preparation. Drainage <br />calculations to be submitted on City Drainage Plan submission form. Reseeding <br />of exposed earth is required within 30 days of completion of earth work. <br />6. A preconstruction conference on Civil Engineering portion of project is <br />required prior to approval of Public Works Permit. The applicant shall arrange <br />meeting involving applicant, job superintendent, contractor, all subcontractors, <br />Fire Marshal, Planning Department Coordinator, Building Department Coordinator, <br />Public Works Cooridantor, Public Works Inspector, .-id City Traffic Engineer. <br />7. A deed for 75th St. and 16th Ave. West is required. <br />8. A final development site plan is required before driveway locations can <br />be approved. <br />INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1.
