D. BROW14 - 3/29/82: Performed final inspection of all buildings reported as <br />having missing weld embedments per last report following correction of same by <br />contractor. Contractor is using 318" thick plate measuring 12" long x 15" wide <br />with four 31V parabolts embedded a minimum of li' at each joint location between <br />precast panels as required. Contractor stated method of correction is approved <br />by structural engineer revision/substitution drawi g dated 10/19/81. Found all <br />now completed. <br />FRANIi W.
