BROWN - 3i25I82: Performed visual inspection of welding of all precast <br />wall ;anel to lenel connections for bldt•s. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 with results <br />as follows: <br />Bldg. #8 - All completed satisfactorily <br />Bldg. #9 - All completed satisfactorily with exception of missing embedments at 5' <br />level at the northwest and southwest building corners. <br />Bldg. ,#10- All completed satisfactorily with exception of missing embedment at <br />5' level at lines C minus 5'-5 and at the 10' level at lines F-4.5 and <br />F-5 (southeast corner). <br />Bldg. #11- All completed satisfactorily with exception of missing embedments at <br />the 5' level at the southwest building corners and missing embedments <br />at the 15' and 20' level of interior fin panel at lines A.55-1 <br />Bldg. #12- All completed satisfactorily with exception of missing embedments at <br />the 20' level for precast interior fin panel at'line6 B.35-1. <br />Bldg, #1.3- All completed satisfactorily. <br />All welding was performed by WABO certified welders Clinton West, Stanley Hosby, <br />and Thomas Carmigani unin_ E7018 electrodes. <br />FRANI; W.
