No.1 has released the final construction <br />drawings for the new Operations Center. Forwarded herewith are the following <br />documents: <br />1) 2 complete sets of construction drawings <br />2) 1 project specification manual <br />3) 1 set of structural calculations <br />4) 4 separate sets of civil drawings <br />5) A copy of the District's bid notice for Public Works <br />Contract No. 241 <br />As you may know, the District is releasing the bid notice on April 6 <br />with the bid opening scheduled for May 11, 1979 In addition, the architect <br />(Mr. Jerry Ruhl, IINTB) has scheduled the publishing of contract addendum by <br />April 30, 1979, which will require that any major changes be brought to the <br />District's attention not later than April 20, which would allow INTB one week <br />to change the contract documents. Essentially then, any major problems you <br />may find during your first week with the drawings and specifications should <br />be directed to may attention during the week of April 16. Should you desire <br />to have the architect or members of his staff review your comments with the <br />Building Department staff, please advise my office (258-8604) and I'll arrange <br />the meeting. <br />
