PROPOSED DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />Description of Proposal - The proposed action is the issuance of Building Petmits to allow <br />construction of a Helicopter Pad and a Microwave Tower. The following factors were considered <br />prior to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br />1. The Microwave Tower, A structural steel, three sided, self supporting Tower, is 170 feet <br />in height, and will be lighted for aircraft warning in conformance with FAA requirements. <br />2. The Heliccpter Pad is primarily intended for emergency use, buc the PUD may contract for <br />Helicopter Services in conjunction with its service functions. An application has been <br />filed with the Federal Aviation Administration. <br />3.
