Section 2: The City of Everett Building Official shall commence to proceed with the work specified and required in the hercinabuve described NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING (S) 10 days after date of service on or 15 days after date of mailing of this notice to you and each of you, Section 3: This notice is parsuant to and in accordance with the hereinabove described resolution of the Everett City Council, A copy of said resolution in available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington. _Section 4: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 2. 12 Everett City Code adopting and amending volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials.
