A copy of a pertinent page from the uniform <br /> Building Code under which the action was taken <br /> to wreck the building. <br /> 2. Name and address of the contractor who removed the <br /> building is: <br /> J & B Construction Company <br /> 12204 8th Place <br /> Everett, Washington <br /> 3. Copies of pertinent correspondence between the City <br /> of Everett and Mr. Lollman <br /> I am sorry that 1 do not have the name of the contractor's bonding <br /> company at the present time. <br /> You will note that the City of Everett has given Mr. T.ollman all <br /> proper notification under the ordinance. The City of Everett also <br /> has in its possession return receipts from Air. l.,ollman acknowledging <br /> receipt or the required notices. It is the position or the City or <br /> Everett that Air. Lollman was afforded more than due process of <br /> law in this proceeding. it should also be noted that the City Council <br /> or the City of Everett by legislative act declared this building to be <br /> a public nuisance. <br />
