The City of Everett has on file your letter of September 13th, <br /> 1971 where you directed that all correspondenc, in regard to <br /> this matter be sent to Mr. 1.ollman at his address, P. O. Box <br /> 507, Klamath Falls, Oregon - 97601. <br /> Enclosed is a picture of the building prior to demolition. It seems <br /> obvious from the picture that the building was in fact an unsafe <br /> building as defined in the Uniform Building Code and was a detriment <br /> to the value of Mr. L.ollman's property. This being so, the City <br /> of Everett does not see how Mr. L.ollman was damaged by the action <br /> of the City. <br /> It should be pointed out to you that the City of Everett received <br /> Mr. i.ollman's request for an extension of time for the hearing after <br /> the hearing was held. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> WALTER C.
