Below are the specific items that have
been addressed either in calculations, revised on drawings or both:
1) According to the soils report prepared by RZA the subsurface soils starting at
approximately two feet below the surface is glacial till. Therefore infiltration of storm
water would not be feasible and is not recommended for this project.
2) The off-property area draining to this property has been taken out of the storm water
analysis and the control structure has been redesigned respectively, if was found that
the wet pond live plus dead storage was just under the volume of a six month storm
which seems to be within an acceptable tolerance.
3) The oil water separator was analyzed to determine the resident time within the
structure and the resident time was found to be approximately 54 minutes based on the
City's method for determining discharge from the contained areas (see pg 12 of
calculations).
4) The water and sewer plans have been revised to show the water line easement, the
revised water line connection to the City's water main in 80th St. SW and delineates
the private sewer line.
It' there are further question please feel free to call me at 435-0449.
Respectfully,
Diversified Engineering Services
SEP 0 % 1995
David L.
