Prior to any permits being issued for the golf driving range <br /> activities , the Zoning Code must be amended to allow SPU's and a <br /> SPU permit must be obtained by the Applicant. (SEPA Land and <br /> rC Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 1 The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br /> Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43 . 21C.030( 2 ) (c) . This determination assumes compliance with state <br /> law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements , <br /> �DO drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br /> agency. This information is available to the public on request. <br /> This Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on <br /> compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br /> by reference as if fully set forth herein. <br /> This DNS is issued under 197-11-340( 2) ; the lead agency will not act <br /> on this proposal for 15 days from the date below. Comments must be <br /> submitted by August 15 . 1988 or fifteen ( 15) days after the date <br /> shown on the notarized copy of the notice of posting, whichever date <br /> (U� is later. <br /> 3 <br />
