Checklist Review #172 PROPOSAL: To construct approximately 15,000 square foot manufacturing and storage facility North of SR 526, South of 80th and bordering Broadway Auto Wrecking on the West. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative Declaration be ;ubject to the following: 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, (including flow lines and grate elevations) and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits arc issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 4. Public Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan is required prior to commencing site preparation (for all the sites involved in grading & fill). 5. On-site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. 6. Participation in the program to fund the south end sanitary sewer interceptor is required. Amend Checklist As Follows: 11 - 13 - c, d, and f - change to yes. Information For the Developer: 1. A fire hydrant is required within 200 feet of all buildings. 2. Improvements to 80th Street shall be coordinated with Entranco Engineers for consistency with the 75th St. Local Improvement District.
