A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br /> (including flow lines and grate elevations) and all required improvements <br /> to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements <br /> shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br /> City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br /> by the Public Works Department. <br /> 4. Peblic Works Department approval of a temporary erosion control plan <br /> Is required prior to commencing site preparation (for all the sites involved <br /> In grading do fill). <br /> 5. On-site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is required. <br /> Drainage calculations are to be submitted with the attached cover sheet. <br /> 6. Participation in the program to fund the south end sanitary sewer interceptor <br /> Is required. <br /> Amend Checklist As Follows: <br /> 11- 13 - c, d, and f - change to yes. <br /> Information For the Developer: <br /> 1. A fire hydrant is required within 200 feet of all buildings. <br /> 2. Improvements to 80th Street shall be coordinated with Entranco Engineers <br /> for consistency with the 75th St. Local Improvement District. <br /> wI <br />
