Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and <br /> Construction Standards. <br /> 2. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in <br /> accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. The actual cost <br /> shall be computed by the Building Department per the ordinance in <br /> effect at the time and according to the information on the approved <br /> plans on the date of permit issuance. <br /> 3. UBC Requirements for at AZ. 1 occupancy specify that: <br /> • Non-rated construction is not permitted <br /> • Main exit must be capable (cone-wise) of handling a minimum of <br /> 1/2 the occupant load. <br /> 4. Change of use requires total compliance of building for new use. <br /> 5.
