These mitigation measures, along with <br />other City requirements and conditions, constitute sufficient mitigation for the significant <br />environmental impacts associated with the proposed project. <br />• The proposed project must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and <br />development standards. <br />Tlie proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br />25 <br />
