The loading dock area drains into a closed pipe detention system located under the truck <br />maneuvering area directly North of the loading docks. The proposed footing drains as well as <br />the roof downspouts will connect into this existing system. <br />The parking lot site existing condition is open with slight vegetation. There is a gravel <br />access road to the existing utility tower located in the northeast comer of Lot 7. The site <br />generally slopes from West to East.
