Discharge from both the loading lock area and the new parking area will be inserted into <br />the UP Street drainage system. There will be no change in the total impervious area of the <br />loading dock site. Also there will be no change to the existing control structure leaving this site. <br />Based on these facts there should be no adverse affects downstream of this site. <br />As shown in the Analysis and Design of Required Runoff Control section of this report <br />the post development runoff rates mill be less than the existing runoff rates from the parking lot <br />area. The two year release rate is even less than half the existing runoff rate, so there should be <br />no adverse affects downstream from this site. <br />6 <br />
