As we discussed yesterday, the
in
subject property currently has a natural drainage course which discharges a
"sheet flow" condition onto the neighboring private property.
1
Mr. Nordwall has requested our office to prepare grading and drainage plane
and calculations for building permit submittal. Typically we would design the
drainage discharge from the subject property to follow the same downstream
course. Unfortunately it appears that the development of the neighboring
property to the south and east of the subject property did not include any
facility for conveyance of "off —site upstream" storm runoff as naturally

occurs; i.e., a properly sized storm drain stub, proper easements for
drainage.
Please advise me as to what the City considers to be an acceptable means of
'
o►
discharging storm runoff from Mr. Nordvall's property. Also please note that
Mr. Nordwall has info Ced me that he has no means of obtaining an easement to
connect to the neigr',e storm conveyance system.
_
Sincerely,
i
cJ
to C.
