The warehouse, as shown on your archi- <br />tectural prints, complies with the Washington State Energy <br />Code. <br />Please review the "proposed U" column of our calculations. <br />These "U" values are the ones that you indicated to us. <br />Deviations from these proposed "U" values may affect the <br />outcome of our calculations. You also informed us that <br />store -front may be added to the south face of the warehouse <br />during the tenant improvement phase of construction. An <br />unlimited amount of store -front may be added if the compo- <br />site "U" value is .25 or less.
