W. 064) <br />WATER: <br />There is a 12" D.I. main on the North side of 80th with a static pressure of about <br />60 psi at the hydrant across the street from the site. There is a hydrant near the <br />existing building off of the private fire service. The site also currently bas a 2" <br />domestic service. <br />SEWER: <br />There is a main on 30th which changes from 10" to 12" in front of the site and an <br />existing 6" side sewer to the site. <br />DRAINAGE: <br />This site drains to Merrill -Ring Creek. On -site detention is required for the total <br />extent of development existing and proposed on the site relative to the original pre - <br />development condition. Surface water must be received and discharged at the <br />natsu-ally-occurring locations. Erosion control measures must be employed during <br />and after construction with provision for oil and sediment removal. <br />STREETS: <br />Improvements to 80th along the entire site's frontage should be provided, <br />cc: Herb Boushey <br />Cella Strone <br />
