Additional on -street park- <br />ing stalls may be created by improvement of Hardeson <br />Road adjacent to the site (see below). <br />Roadway Improvements <br />Increases in traffic volumes represent a rapidly devel- <br />oping need for expansion of existing roadway capacities. <br />To accomplish this, the City of Everett established by <br />ordinance the Casino Road Benefit Area, including this <br />site.
