B <br />until Parcel A is developed and the drainage system and <br />access road is completed across both parcels, NOW, THEREFORE, <br />In consideration of the construction of an access road <br />over and across Parcel B to provide access to Parcel A and <br />in consideration of other valuable consideration, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, Anderson -grants to 821 Associates, <br />its successors and assigns, a temporary drainage easement <br />for surface water runoff from that portion of the access <br />road as shown on Exhibit D hereto, over, across, and under <br />Parcel A for the benefit of Parcel B, subject to the terms <br />and conditions set forth herein: <br />1. �A2tiwl <br />nderaon authorizes and licenses 821 Associates to <br />enter upon Parcel A to the extent reasonably necessary to <br />construct the access road described herein and -Anderson bA141VI <br />agrees and authorizes 821 Associates to grade that portion <br />of Parcel A as shown on Exhibit D hereto in accordance with <br />dGr- <br />-7 d <br />ennder-eon's plans for the continuation of the access road <br />across Parcel A. <br />2. Annde son hereby releases 821 Associates from all <br />claims for damage to Parcel A which may result from surface <br />water runoff during the term of this easement. <br />3. This drainage easement shall terminate when Parcel <br />t vv. <br />A is developed by Anderson, its successors or assigns, and <br />the drainage system for Parcel A is constructed to handle <br />all the surface water runoff from that portion of the access <br />road on Parcel B as shown on Exhibit D hereto. <br />4.
