All public street improvmcnts required per Ordinance 555-78 <br />are required to mitigate impact on Hardeson Road. Participation <br />in the Hardeson Road Local Improvement District may be substituted <br />for 555-78 compliance, providing L.I.D. is formalized prior <br />to occupancy of this project. <br />10. Domestic water service can be provided by an 8" main on Casino <br />Road and by the main to be constructed by L.I.D. on Hardeson <br />Road. More building information is required to assess the <br />11. The portion of the proposed east -west roadway connection to <br />Hardeson Road lying within subject site shall be deeded to <br />the City of Everett and improved to 36 foot wide public standards, <br />including drainage and sidewalks on both sides, to mitigate <br />traffic impacts and to comply with Ordinance 555-78. <br />12. Public Water System plans required to be on separate mylar; <br />a one year maintenance bond is required. <br />AMEND CHECKLIST AS FOLLOWS: <br />II••13-b, d, and f - change to yes. <br />INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER: <br />1. A looped water main from Hardeson through this site and the <br />proposed Andrea Terrace Condominiums to the east would be <br />desirable. <br />2.
