The listed requirements are placed in response to our re- <br />view of this`,information: <br />MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />1. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water <br />systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are required. <br />The actual cost shall be computed by the Building Department <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the <br />information of the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance'(SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />r� <br />An on sife detention system is required for this site. <br />(SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />�.
