The listed requirements are placed in response to our re- <br />view of this information: <br />I C:j MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />-P 1. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water <br />systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are required. <br />The actual cost shall be computed by the Building Department <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the <br />information of the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance.(SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />2. An on site detention system is required for this site. <br />(SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />3. A biofiltration swale per City Design Standards is required <br />if the total paved area for the site is more than 10,000 <br />square feet. The biofiltration swale must be shown on the <br />required landscaping plan, as well as on Public Works <br />Ladrainage plans. (SEPA Water Policies) <br />4. A City Standard driveway must be installed at the access on <br />90th Street S.W. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />5. A 20 foot wide paved aisle for access is required for this <br />development. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />6. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not <br />impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA Public Services <br />and Utilities Policies) <br />
