Two (2) copies of complete design drawings, to include the itens listed <br />below. Any building of more than two (2) stories or of other than wood <br />construction shall be stamped by either an architect or engineer of <br />Washington registration. <br />1. Foundation plans, 1/4" = 110" minimum, to include <br />a. crawl space ventilation <br />J b. floor framing if applicable. <br />c. foundation section <br />J 2. Floor plan showing framing above, 1/4" = 110" minimum. <br />3. Roof plan, 1/4" = 110" minimum; if no valleys or hips, may be shown on <br />floor plan. <br />* g, ots <br />h9o01LO4.,Four exterior views, 1/4 0 110" minimum. <br />5. Sections with sufficient detail to indicate construction: <br />(Sections shall be applicable to plan submitted) <br />a. building section <br />b. wall section <br />Nrn c. stair section (construction, handrail, railings, headroom) <br />VA- d. fireplace section <br />' 6. Electrical fixture and lighting plan, (may be shown on floor plan). <br />C. Copies of any permits/approvals issued oy the Planning Department. <br />D. An accurate legal description must be provided. <br />All of the above information shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient <br />information to insure that the proposed dwelling will be constructed in compliance <br />with the City Building Code. <br />
