Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2006 International Building Code,) (2006 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2006 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />The bathroom in the bedroom addition does not meet the minimum fixture clearances <br />as specified in table R307.1 of the International Residential Code (IRC). Provide <br />revised plan meeting the requirements. <br />2. Provide Smoke alarms in the addition and the existing residence to meet the <br />requirements of section R313 IRC. <br />3. Provide safety glazing in doors in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 IRC. <br />4. The Simpson STIID10 spec'.F.d is for a condition where the wall is attached directly to <br />the foundation, your plans have a framed floor that sits on top of the foundation. <br />Revise hold down designation for a joist condition. <br />5. Show size and location of all foundation ventilation.
