Provide positive connection at all post/footing and post/beam connections capable of <br />resisting uplift and lateral displacement (All loads can be applied from any direction). <br />9. Provide gravity calculation for connection of ledger supporting new floor joists to the <br />4x8 girder in the crawl space. <br />10. Show how the existing kitchen/dining room are provided with light and ventilation per <br />R303.1 IRC. <br />11. Provide positive connection of roof rafters to top plate. Specify connector if <br />mechanical connection.
